Some clients benefit highly from walking coaching instead of a static positioning of coaching while sitting indoors. Walking coaching has a powerful effect on our physical, mental and emotional health. Walking relaxes and re-energises the body by giving the muscles a workout and increases blood circulation throughout the body. It exercises your mind, helping oxygen and glucose to reach your brain. This helps to calm the mind, enhance mental clarity and sharpen thinking. Like other forms of exercise, walking leads to the release of your body’s natural happy drugs, endorphins.

These are online (paid) tests, we’ll evaluate these tests during your one-on-one sessions.
Between one session and the following you are advised to do homework. We’ll mutual agree upon your assignments. It’s impossible to provide an exhaustive list of possible homework assignments because the options are endless.
These assignments could include focus on new behaviour, to try out things which were discussed during your session; writing, information collecting, questionnaires, networking, etcetera.
