Examples of Coaching in Various Employment Contracts:
- CAO Municipalities Agreement, Article 8.6: Employees are entitled to career advice after every 36-month period.
- CAO Universities Agreement: If you have been employed for at least two years, you may be eligible for free career advice.
- CAO Medical Centres Agreement, Article 3.5: Employees are entitled to career advice every five years, either from an internal or external expert.
- A+O Fund for Government Employees: Employees who have worked for more than 3 years in government are entitled to career coaching worth up to 1,500 euro with a certified coach, without needing approval from your line manager.
