Intake
Interested in my approach? Get in touch for an introductory call, where we’ll see if we’re a good fit. You’ll receive an intake form to complete before our 15-minute free online meeting.

The Coaching Trajectory
If you decide to begin your coaching journey, we can meet in-person, virtually, or hybrid—whatever works best for you. Sessions are weekly or biweekly, lasting 60 minutes each. After every session, you’ll get personalised homework assignments to support your progress.
I’ll keep you accountable, which can be really helpful.

Number of Sessions
People often wonder how many sessions it will take to reach their goal, and that’s perfectly understandable. The answer, however, depends on various factors, including the nature of your goal, the obstacles you’re facing, the time and effort you dedicate to the process, and external circumstances beyond your control. I offer a friendly package deal, as shown at the pricing page.
