You’ll progress at your own pace. While each session will be structured to ensure you get the most out of it, the coaching process is designed to be adaptable and allowing for flexibility as you grow and change over time.
Regular Evaluation
The coaching process is regularly evaluated based on your progress, goals and personal experiences. We regularly review your progress and how well the coaching is meeting your needs. Please not that while coaching can provide valuable tools and support, results my vary and it is not a subsitute for medical or psychological treatment.

The Coaching Trajectory
If you decide to begin your coaching journey, we can meet in-person, virtually, or hybrid—whatever works best for you. Sessions are weekly or biweekly, lasting 60 minutes each. After every session, you’ll get personalised homework assignments to support your progress.
I’ll keep you accountable, which can be really helpful.
Number of Sessions
People often wonder how many sessions it will take to reach their goal, and that’s perfectly understandable. The answer, however, depends on various factors, including the nature of your goal, the obstacles you’re facing, the time and effort you dedicate to the process, and external circumstances beyond your control. On average, in my experience, most people complete their journey in around 6 to 10 sessions. I offer a friendly package deal, as shown at the pricing page.
