At a scale-up like Seenons, there is a lot of pressure. Our colleagues are all driven and passionate people, which is incredibly valuable but can also lead to challenges in work-life balance and stress management. That’s why, for the past two years, we have been working with our in-house coach, Stella Pennekamp, who supports us in managing this pressure and enhancing the vitality of our team.
