Intake
In this phase, we assess whether there’s a good fit between us and explore your coaching needs in more detail.

Self-Reflection
During this phase of your career journey, it’s important to engage in self-reflection. Understanding yourself is crucial when seeking employment, developing within a career, and fulfilling your ambitions.

Labour Market Orientation

If you decide to explore (other) job opportunities, this phase focuses on familiarising yourself with the labour market.

Labour Market Approach
The next step in the career process is approaching the job market. How do you go about it?
You’ll review your CV, LinkedIn profile, and prepare for job interviews.

Grief
Dealing with loss is not a phase every career journey includes, but it is one that deserves attention.
If grief is present, we will also address it.

Evaluation
At the end of the career coaching process, we reflect on the journey and make plans for future follow-up and maintenance.

The Coaching Trajectory
If you decide to begin your coaching journey, we can meet in-person, virtually, or hybrid—whatever works best for you. Sessions are weekly or biweekly, lasting 60 minutes each. After every session, you’ll get personalised homework assignments to support your progress.
I’ll keep you accountable, which can be really helpful.

Number of Sessions
People often wonder how many sessions it will take to reach their goal, and that’s perfectly understandable. The answer, however, depends on various factors, including the nature of your goal, the obstacles you’re facing, the time and effort you dedicate to the process, and external circumstances beyond your control. On average, in my experience, most people complete their journey in around 6 to 10 sessions. I offer a friendly package deal, as shown at the pricing page.

Online Portal
During your coaching journey, you’ll have exclusive access to the Orange Expats online portal and learning environment. This portal offers everything from homework assignments and invoices to valuable models and theories.
