The Coaching Trajectory
If you decide to begin your coaching journey, we can meet in-person, virtually, or hybrid—whatever works best for you. Sessions are weekly or biweekly, lasting 60 minutes each. After every session, you’ll get personalised homework assignments to support your progress.
I’ll keep you accountable, which can be really helpful.

Number of Sessions
People often wonder how many sessions it will take to reach their goal, and that’s perfectly understandable. The answer, however, depends on various factors, including the nature of your goal, the obstacles you’re facing, the time and effort you dedicate to the process, and external circumstances beyond your control. On average, in my experience, most people complete their journey in around 6 to 10 sessions. To truly make an impact and help you achieve your coaching goal, I work with a minimum of four sessions. I offer a friendly package deal, as shown below.

Online Portal
During your coaching journey, you’ll have exclusive access to the Orange Expats online portal and learning environment. This portal offers everything from homework assignments and invoices to valuable models and theories.

Funding for Coaching Through Your Employer
